The reason why I chose Extra Space Storage was because of the staff! Bebe and Samantha were incredibly helpful and have gone out of their way to make everything go smoothly! They are the BEST! The place was a little hard to find as you cannot really see from the road (my GPS kept getting turned around). Other than that, everything went smoothly. Renting online to reserve a unit was easy. I would use them again.
Samantha was great to work with! She was helpful and informative! I received my gate code and all of my documents via email. I was able to gain access easily and had no issues finding my storage unit. The unit was clean and accessible. My lock was waiting for me, as promised. The space is just what I needed for my belongings. The location is very convenient and easy to be found.
