Really great, convenient location, safe and climate controlled. Super easy to set up and close out a unit. We never had any issues here. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because the price increased a few months after we started storing items here. They mentioned it's a typical rate increase, but I've had friends that had the same thing happen to them. Seems a bit suspicious that the price increase was like clockwork, between us. The same exact timing.
From start to finish my experience with Extra Space in Brickell has been incredible. I was given the necessary information to access my unit and Andrea answered my calls and quedtions quickly and with a positive attitude!

Thankful for such amazing Staff members and Management, Andreina Beraha and Norman Fonseca. My mom had to move out the building next door because her building was being condemned. The compassion Andreina showed through this hard moment for my mom is unheard of. She definitely values her job and executes phenomenal Customer Service, which honestly is hard to find these days. Very clean and secure. We love how accessible it is to get items in and out of storage. Workers are super helpful. We definitely recommend this place for storage. 5 start service! Customer service always answering the phone with a smile! They make you feel appreciated for you business unlike other places that treat you like a number.

Well organized and safe location! They also play music inside which makes it a fun vibe! Elevators are nice and big. I do recommend this spot.

Surprisingly a great experience. In the heart of Brickell. Easy to do everything online. Fast response. A bit expensive but the location is so good that is worth it.
