Just rented our second unit and Mario and Joseph were absolutely amazing...Showed us the units and the transaction was super easy. Great experience!
Just as described in website. Easy to do and use. Used the one on 137 Ave in Miami and everything went well.

I've had a great experience at this place. it's a safe place, its open late, the units. are kept cleanly and the air condition is pretty darn good. Best of all is the staff; they've been most reasonable, kind and helpful.

I have been a costumer if this storage for many years, since they were CubeSmart. Recently they increased their rates and I walked in, spoke to Mario and he was very informative and helpful. I recommend this storage and consider paying the whole year to lock in your rate.

Extremely pleased with this storage facility's Manager, Mario Ibañez. I Reserved late last nite via website due to their amazing prices.(During these times of crisis, every dollar counts) Promptly this morning Mario called me and was very kind and Extremely patient answering all my 100 + questions.(ok, not 100 but many- poor Mario) He offered to do rental over the phone which is wonderful as I was expecting a delivery at home, but needed to secure my unit ASAP. The quote was easy to obtain, the price was great for the kind of facility this is. The storage unit was clean, the process was easy and I was on my way to using the premises right away. Mario was amazing!!! His customer service was stellar and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. There was no pressure, I am confident that my extended experience with this facility will be nothing less than great.
