My GPS screwed up and lead me here by accident because I was looking for a different storage place I had researched and reserved online. I liked the climate control, new building, nice employees, and how clean and quiet it was. I also felt my things would all fit, the promotion of one month free fit my budget, and I felt safe and secure. This was my first time using a storage facility. Frances was extremely helpful and kept me informed about my unit and any changes to it. The move in day went very smooth!! I would recommend Extra Space to everyone!!!
Super Easy & Friendly Experience.
Avoid ALL Extra Space Storage Locations at all cost. They use bait and switch tatics. For a few months your rent will be the same then you will have a very high increase (40-70 %) due to "market conditions". Meanwhile unrented units are still listed at your low rate. Nothing but a con.

Be wary of Extra Space storage. Every six months they have raised my rate by $40. I started at $150/month and now at $230/month. They claim it is due to market rates. Lies. I have no choice but to find a different storage company.
