I said this unit for about four years now and all of the people that work there have always been very kind and professional. Fernando is no exception to that rule. I always appreciate him going the extra step in helping me with any issues that I have not with the unit but with my debit card I’ve had to replace it at least four times within the last year and he always give me gives me a kind reminder so that I can update the payment infomation
