I have had a unit here since July 2021. I have had a dead black fly infestation in November of 2021 and a flood which damaged property in January 2022. I have experienced both good customer service and bad customer service from both the local manager Andrew and the site supervisor Nina. I booked a 10x8 unit for $125 and paid a year up front to maintain the monthly price.
