My husband and daughter have a storage unit at the same extra space storage and have been completely satisfied with their experience and with all the staff ! I'm bringing items from storage in Michigan and wanted to have my items in a location near theirs , I had been there with my daughter a couple of times recently and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful especially Holly when I needed a unit on short notice she came up with a solution for me until another becomes available !
What a great experience !! Holly provided all the unit size options along with pricing and more importantly, she made us feel like part of the family. That are stuff will be safe there.
Great customer service
The customer service person was so helpful. At the time I was needing to do everything by phone do to my car being fixed. The storage units are clean and easily accessible. Prices are also excellent
