I've had an excellent experience here. Anytime I've had a question about something, Marvin answered my call right away and helped me out. It's very clean and climate controlled so your belongings will be safe here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

DON'T FALL FOR THE RATE!! They will increase your rent with a blink of an eye! By $100.00!! They claim that they sent out an increase by the mail. Which is false. I have rented there for over 15 years before and they will screw you over.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I signed a lease 3 months ago and my rent just jumped from $68 to $152. They did not provide any notice of the increase. One representative blamed market value, another representative said my initial rent was likely a promo rate... despite this not being advertised or mentioned anywhere in my contract. I am currently in a different country so I'm unable to move my stuff. THANK YOU EXTRA SPACE!
This place gets you in the door at a low rate, 3 months later the rate is double. Wtf is wrong with these people. I def won't be back, this is my 2nd time moving out. Evidently they don't appreciate good customers. They also rent to people who end up living in a unit.
They increase your rate without prior notice, feels like they try predatory tactics to people who might not notice or won't mind their rates being increased. I will be discontinuing my use of storage and transfer to a close by facility. I could have stayed FOR YEARS but Marvin not sure if it is his doing, increased the rate without proper and prior notice. You're losing a multi-year client! I was even planning to upgrade to a bigger floor area but no more. I'll give the business to a more reliable facility.
This place used to be run by Cubesmart. After Extra Space took over, customer service went to 0. My first interaction with the new company and first notice that Extra Space Storage took over the building was a text message from someone at this facility, who had my name wrong in the text, telling me that my payment was late because my credit card failed and they wanted me to call them to give them my credit card number.
