I give this a five star, because the experience was comfortable and hassle free. I did my searching online, found this place, saw they had a promo going on (first month free), set it up, showed up, got a walk through and all my questions answered.. got my code and made my payment. Easy peasy.

Wow. Awesome experience overall and had zero issues. Ive dealt with other storage facilities but Extra Space by far tops them all.Im actually looking forward to returning in person to add more items to my storage unit and paying my bill. Im very particular and detail oriented so Im not embellishing when I say I could not find one negative issue.
