Brian was amazing! I am so thankful that he was there to help me immediately get a storage unit. He took his time with me, I never felt rushed or like I was just a number. I would highly recommend Brian and Extra Space!

I am extremely satisfied with Extra Space Storage's rental terms and the employees' expertise. Also, the storage unit and facility are immaculate, conditioned and easy to reach. You can back up a large moving van right to the storage unit entrance. Hand trucks are plentiful.
Move in Super easy and amazing. Lots of carts/dollies easy in & out. It was. A Cubesmart. Two weeks later it an Extra space storage. 2 dollies only and only one elevator works. Had to wait to unload it carry it up myself. Stopped by the office to ask a question about the take over and my account- to busy with a personal video call unt I was leaving, then the gentleman offers from help me. Too late! My patience has expired. Strike 2. You get one more and you are out!!!!
