i have rented wth xtraspace on and off for years in other locations and the staff has always been great. now that i live in this area, the location and the staff wirk really well for my needs. from the online initial call to the local staff they are friendly and knowledgable. i choose to do business wth helpful friendly people, if i am not treated well i take my business elsewhere i work too hard for my money to be disrespected. xtraspace has always had good customer service at least in my experiences with the company. the ... read more

Not only did I have assistance with moving in I went to another location but the customer service rep helped me complete my transaction for the location that was convenient to me. She set everything up for me so that when I arrived at the other location it was a smooth move in.

New facility, very clean, gates and door access code worked as described, carts available just inside door, elevator was quick to respond. We had a bit of trouble using the required cylinder lock but the site manager was there to assist with the use before we even asked!
