Couldn’t have been an easier! The representative was absolutely helpful and went out of her to make it way for us!
Not only did I have assistance with moving in I went to another location but the customer service rep helped me complete my transaction for the location that was convenient to me. She set everything up for me so that when I arrived at the other location it was a smooth move in.
New property. Fast service.
New facility, very clean, gates and door access code worked as described, carts available just inside door, elevator was quick to respond. We had a bit of trouble using the required cylinder lock but the site manager was there to assist with the use before we even asked!
