Renting the storage space I needed immediately was completely stress-free thanks to Jordan and Ed at Extra Space. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. The storage buildings are clean and well-kept. The unit is easy to access and there is ample time to get there. This has been a terrific experience. I highly recommend Extra Space.
We ran into an issue with correctly locking our unit. Jordan called us to make us aware. We were out of the area so Jordan and Ed reviewed our options and moved forward to resolve our issue. They did a great job. All the employees that we dealt with at Extra Space have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful

I tried to reserve two 5x5s but they were in a building with a non-working elevator. I waited 2 weeks before taking a 5x10. I don't know why they didn't put me into a 5x10 and then move me into the 5x5 when the elevator was working or two 5x5s and then moved to 25x
