Clean, well maintained area. Renting and closing my rental was a breeze. Price could be a bit better. But everything else was stellar.

My experience has been nothing but great with this company because of many but for the most perfect experience I found was with Darrell. He's courteous, personal and professional at all times. I could have moved my things to a closer storage facility but I only stayed because of Darrell and his great customer service. A valuable worker that goes over and above.

I had a great experience with Darrell! My bill had changed and became unaffordable for me. I expressed my concern and he was not only empathic and kind, after checking with management he was able to help reduce my payment for my current bill and reduce my rent to my original rate. He is true life saver over there. I’m now able to keep my space and won’t have to look for alternative storage. I was very happy with the service I received! Darrell was the gentleman that helped me. He was very helpful, explained everything to me, He showed me the unit, it was very clean, he showed me how to lock/unlock the unit, he showed me how to get in and out of the building. The whole storage facility was well lit & very clean. Darrell was a professional and very courteous!
