I Love How Accessible It Is, Everything Is Powered Thru Your Phone. The Only Thibg Is I Wish They Had Some Type Of Wifi Or Your Able To Use The App W.o Internet

Facility is clean and easy to use. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the Bluetooth locking system.
The employee I worked with Jeff( on the East 30th location was very courteous very patient and very understanding he worked very hard at helping me to understand the process of the Bluetooth on my phone accessing my unit and the building making sure I knew how to contact them if I had any issues and I was very appreciative of the time he took To assist me in figuring out what size unit I would need. Employees were very helpful and polite. The. Lose proximity to Case Western was a bonus. It was all indoor with climate control which is a huge plus!
Great place to store your things and very safe with the phone access to get in to your unit and into the facility
Staff is realy nice and helpfull, maps and signs are easy to read and navigate, and the facility it self is pretty clean. Also the prices are great!
