It was the easiest registration. Jennie answered all my questions and concerns and was extremely knowledgeable. She cared enough to check on us as we waited for the movers to unload our truck.
Am giving this a five star because the unit is brand new and very clean. Staff was excellent, kept me informed. Had a small difficulty getting the lock to engage but the staff member was able to help immediately. Last time I used a storage unit was 33 years ago so I wouldn't even make a comparison. The unit is of course climate controlled which was a must because we are in Florida and haven't found a property as yet. I'll give you further follow up when I have unit emptied. Thank you

Very clean, bright, and well-lit. It was very easy to set up online and the entire set-up is safe and secure. Access from 6 am-10 pm is very convenient. I highly recommend Extra Space!
