I already knew that the staff was informative and personable as I had had to hold my reservation for a couple weeks. I had a great experience getting started here at Extra Space Storage. The phone call to set up my unit was simple and a very polite employee helped me learn my options. The unit was clean when I arrived and the door worked well. The lighting on the property is also good. Employees have called to check on my move in process a few times and have all been great! I highly recommend this location if you have any storage needs!
Very clean, professional staff to help you. Couple things to make it even better: more dollys and carts, and have way to keep doors open so you don't have to put your code in every few minutes. Maybe a swipe card.
