RecommendedI called one evening to check on availability and the gentleman on the phone was very informative and was able to reserve the unit size that I needed. When I arrived the next day to see the unit the young gentleman was very helpful and nice. He showed me the unit and I could not help but notice how clean the facility was. He helped with the rental process, it for not take very lint and I was on my way. I would recommend extra space storage.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I really wanted to about my experience with Extra Storage. My first impression of the facility was how modern, clean and well maintained it is. I already knew that the staff was informative and personable as I had had to hold my reservation for a couple weeks. I had already spoken to my agent, Eric, a couple of times on the phone concerning updates and date changes. When I finally went to the facility to complete paperwork I met with Eric. I had a great experience getting started here at Extra Space Storage. The phone call to set up my unit was simple and a very polite employee helped me learn my options. The unit was clean when I arrived and the door worked well. The lighting on the property is also good. Employees have called to check on my move in process a few times and have all been great! I highly recommend this location if you have any storage needs!

Very clean, professional staff to help you. Couple things to make it even better: more dollys and carts, and have way to keep doors open so you don't have to put your code in every few minutes. Maybe a swipe card.
