Ariana helped me book a storage unit for my organization a week prior to utilizing the unit. She was very helpful, detailed and answered all questions as needed. The next week when I came to the storage, I met with Kennon and Ariana and they were nice and great to work with in person. They provided all details as needed and gave a tour of the facility. The facility provided numerous dolly's which made the move process smoother.

I have chosen to continue service with Extra Space, specifically the Mt. Olivet location, because I can always leave a 5 star review! K***** was so helpful during my visit, made my transaction seamless, and saved me the time of going elsewhere. The inventory was well stocked, K***** made sure i could purchase my items and, made my visit even more convenient by allowing to pay my bill and make my purchases all in one. The customer service and attentiveness is always on point, I definitely recommend this location!!

Setup was easy online. The business emailed the access info almost immediately. Talked to the general manager prior to going there and he was extremely helpful. It seems like a new building. Everything was clean and in a safe area. Definitely recommend if you want some extra storage space!

I have been extremely pleased with the facility and the customer service I've received from Extra Space Storage on Mt. Olivet Road in Washington DC. Keenan has been helpful and accommodating on multiple occasions. As long as I need storage and live in the area, I'll remain here.
The manager Ariyana was professional and really help with our needs. I would recommend this storage spot to anyone who is looking for the extra mile!

WORST storage place ever !! so rude and ghetto told me I had to a extra 300$ because there system was "glitching"

The storage unit industry is a racket but extra space storage is the WORST of them. I moved into a 10x15 in January 2022 at the rate of $156 w/tax it was $165.36. 3months later I received a rent increase notice in the mail that my rent was increasing by more than 10%! My new rate starting in April 2022 was $196 w/tax it was $207.76. I complained and said legally rent can't increase by more than 10% in a year. Extraspace was very friendly when i rented my unit in July 22 for $55/mo. However, in October the rent was raised to $121 without any explanation. When i inquired about it i was told that they raised the rent because they could. A very impolite young lady could not care less and indicated that i was free to leave the unit. I did so in December.
