RecommendedThe location I used on N Cortez in New Orleans was always very clean and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful any time I needed assistance or any questions answered. This past week, I have been moving everything out and have had several people in and out to purchase things on Facebook marketplace. Almost every single person commented on how it was the nicest storage facility they had ever been to. Kudos!

RecommendedI arrived at my new storage facility 15 minutes after they closed and thought I might not be able to get in the gate because I didn’t have the code. But I called the national phone number and a wonderful lady walked me through the whole process even helping me find my unit (she had a map on her computer). I had rented a truck and it would have cost me a lot of money to return it the next day. My unit was very large for the price. And the facility was clean and safe.
