Great service experience when choosing and leasing storage. Genuinely friendly, professional helpful. Very clean and organized. She even cut open the packaging for us to open lock and showed us how to use it.

Extra Space on Tatum at Cave Creek is simply THE BEST facility I have ever used and that means a lot having stored stuff in 8 places across the US and also in the UK. What makes it amazing is: 1) management - Becky and Michelle look after the property and all off us customers like we are family…helping us in so many ways, always monitoring the grounds, even opened the doors when they saw me struggle from the surveillance camera!! 2) clean, clean, CLEAN!!! Inside and out. 3) a very neat locking system that comes with the unit so you don’t need your own lock. I believe there is a modest charge for this but it’s soooo worth it 4) they allow me to hold a key on file…a LIFE SAVER! My movers forgot something on the van and found it after I left the state so this key allowed the office to open my unit for the article. 5) cooler than any climate controlled place I’ve ever rented…my units are in the basement. 6) I had three units at one point and Becky and Michelle worked wonders to get me all on the same hallway by calculating the volume I needed and piecing it together! Honestly, these gals run this place so well!!
