They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it. Clerk on Saturday was not very helpful Nila kept saying she had to go back to office and then she couldn’t help didn’t tell me the lock was inside. Not able to go on the side of building trucks blocking had to back up and car behind me wouldn’t back up. Came in on Monday to sign lease and Faith was so nice and helpful please tell her she was amazing.
