The employee Dakota was very helpful however, the entrance gate of the unit is frequently open which allows for anyone to enter. We also noticed there was a fire on several units once. Luckily it wasn’t near ours however, we were never notified of the incident or the cause. Drive up units are convenient however, ours eventually was filled with disgusting stink bugs and spiders. We were storing baby items after our daughter outgrew them and had to throw several items including a high chair away because they got so infested. I... read more
Have loved the management here since we switched from a big corporate storage. The manager on-site, Dakota, is super friendly and helpful and is working hard to improve every aspect of the property.
Mike, the office manager, is incredibly kind and helpful. He was super knowledgeable and attentive when we had to clean out my mom’s storage unit after she passed.
