Great customer service from Nicole Brooks she was very helpful in explaining how to get access using the keypad where the storage unit was located and setting up the account all with a smile.👌
In My search for a storage unit, it was recommended that I talk to Shamori Moss at the 5050 Midlothian Trnpke store and when I did I received the absolute best customer service. Sharmori Moss is the absolute best. She did all she could to get me in a unit that fit my need. She's very professional and considerate of customers needs. She's not interested in just closing a deal. She wants to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. She should be promoted.
