I am leaving one Extra Space storage unit due to several disappointments, lack of customer service, and quality overall service to come over to this Location. Daniel Tan, the new location manager was attentive and patient answering all of my questions with honesty and attentiveness. When he didn’t have a concrete answer, I appreciated his acknowledgment of not having an answer at that time instead of feeding me BS. When I called the Herricks location to close out, I was literally told “ok, so move your stuff out and just leave the door open” - there was no further dialogue or desire to keep me as a consumer or even ask why I was “moving out” which solidified my choice even more.
