Extra Space has always been there for when I needed to keep my belongings safe for a time while I moved or relocated. Whether it’s short term or long, the facility has always been well-maintained and safe. The employees are always really nice and easy to work with. If they’re closed, I like that I can talk to someone online via chat to get help. The access codes are easy, and online payments are easy to set up as well. This place is good good price, clean and secure the personal at the office are kind Too bad when I need someone to help me nobody answer The bad Experience I had was last Friday. I had to empty the unit. I rented a truck, hired someone to help me. And one vehicle was in front of the unit because of that I couldn’t get the things out of the unit now I’m going to rent the truck again this weekend, hire someone to help me again and I got charged one more month
Awesome storage that has an even more amazing staff. Sarina is the absolute best, was super helpful and always had great energy. Items are protected and the grounds are kept clean. Our stay there was pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone that has storage needs.
My experience with Extra Space Storage has been easy and comfortable. The staff is very sweet and friendly. Prior to calling this place I had called around . I really like how they handle their calls and questions regarding storage information. Professional and easy . I highly recommend this company. When I’m the transition of moving your belongings into a storage facility you want to feel comfortable and you can trust where you store your belongings. This place was it for me. All though I didn’t get a unit at this location, but the service was excellent. Sarina went the extra mile with a great attitude to provide the information that I needed and to show me the sample unit. I was recommended to the Sierra Hwy location with the climate control facility since I needed more protection for my storage. I would definitely recommend Sarina and the location on 30th st East!!!!
