We have a storage space here and love it. Has a bunch of floors and great security protocols. Make sure you save your code on your phone in favorites so you can always look it up since you need it to get into hate on non office hours and get inside the building and if your on a different floor need the code for the elevator. Definitely recommend this place if you need some extra storage

Great service from the local staff, manager and assistant. They check each floor to see that all the units are properly locked, and if not, they call to let you know.

I am very impressed with this storage facility, and especially with Ralph, who was very helpful in explaining rates, hours, and all the other logistics related to using this particular company. It is very clean and there is a lot of parking, plus the location is extremely convenient.

Employees laugh at you when your trying to ask for help and make you feel stupid. Being polite goes a long way, storage units are fine customer service eh.

I signed a contract for a space where I was paying $112.17. I'm pretty sure the original price they were advertising was even less than that. Today I received, after 3 months of paying that amount, a Notification letting me know that They had received my payment of $177.14 I did not authorize that amount to be taken out of my bank account. I was never advised of this increase either by email or phone. This is horrific and abusive business practices in my estimation.
