I had an amazing experience with Extra Space. I had a lock freeze/malfunction and was hesitant to go into the office, but did so anyway. The staff at the facility took care of me immediately. She didn't make me uncomfortable approaching the situation, the staff was eager to help, and she resolved the problem fully.
