Shawn made my transaction and load out very pleasant, her quick and genuine desire to help, knowledge, coupled with an absolutely pleasant personality took customer service to all new highs not often expected at storage rental agencies. RecommendedI love this site! The manager, Ronald, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I’ve never used a storage unit before so I was nervous. However, Ronald helped every step of the way. I also was super impressed with their camera security they have. I highly recommend!
