great customer service and very helpful! From providing quick and easy access to the units, to providing a helping hand in moving furniture or even just opening a door! I appreciate the kindness would recommend 100%
I love this site! The manager, Ronald, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I've never used a storage unit before so I was nervous. However, Ronald helped every step of the way. I was also very impressed with the amount of security cameras...wow! I highly recommend!

We rented online to move from Pennsylvania to Missouri. It was easy. Then once we got here we realized we could really use a larger unit. The web price was cheaper online so I wanted to see about just transferring units and still getting the web price. I called and spoke to Ron and he was happy to help me. I write this review on behalf of my sister. She rents several big units from that location. Recently they have increased the rate for one of her units without informing about the increase. Also to give you a perspective she started renting this unit in August 2024 and she was paying 115 usd, just several days ago they charged 194 usd for the same unit. That's 68% increase in about 14 months, which is much more than the market, especially taking into account that right now is a low season and the fact that it's the second uni... read more

Moved in October 2023 everything was going well clean space. Then in January I get a notice stating I will have a $60 increase on my unit which I don't like at all. But if a new customer moves in they will get the same size unit for $60 a month which is outrageous to me. That's how they get people in then change prices.
