Extra Space Storage can we please have somebody explain to me what is going on? Back in July 2022 I found that my whole storage unit had been molded. I called about the issue and was told by the manager of the site at the time that the air conditioning in my building had been broken. And that my only option was to put it a claim to get it fixed, I did that.
