The gentleman was very nice and easy to deal with, except they raised my rate $60.00 a month after only being there 4 months! I do not recommend them for long term rental!

This is a very clean space and helpful staff. It is easy to park and unload. There is a good public bathroom and handcarts available. Mark is especially accomodating and cheerful. BUT, beware, they will jack your rates up 30% willy-nilly without email or text warning (they are supposed to give 30 days written notice, but I did not receive that in the mail). Brenda, the asst. mgr told me that corporate office puts names in a hat and jacks up your rate. She would not take off my $55 hike. So, unless your salary is increasing 3... read more
