Irelyn was so helpful and very compassionate. We had to clean out my deceased sister's storage unit and she really helped us with the process and made it easy. We appreciate her great communication. While there, we also noticed how clean the storage facility is. A beautiful office, beautiful bathroom and the grounds of the facility were clean. I would highly recommend.

Everything went perfect. I needed to get in my deceased sisters storage unit, but I had no key . The young lady in the office Irelyn was so compassionate so friendly so professional with assisting me on how to bid on a storage unit when it went up for auction so I could retrieve my sister's belongings. She sent me the pictures of my sister storage. Let me start by saying this storage facility and their customers service has been the best. Started with a phone call on Monday (16th)and spoke with an Ari, she was very polite. My husband and I weren't sure if we were ready to commit to getting a unit just yet but she insured us if we wanted to come down and take a tour of the place and see the unit sizes that they would be happy to accommodate us. Such a positive experience! The manager was very friendly and made the onboarding process quick and easy. The facility is very clean and secure, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area looking for a reliable place to store their belongings. Also, they're open on weekends (some in the area aren't) which really worked for my schedule. Very happy I chose this business.

I currently have 4 storage units here and have been struggling with the hardships of moving and extra space storage has been amazing in helping, shout out to Andrew Sneary who helped us figure out how to ad on extra units and keep them close together to make things as easy as possible! Everyone here is always friendly and the property is well maintained.

Amazing experience! Beautiful clean location! The process was super steam line and easy. The front desk guy and manager were super helpful. Will definitely be renting from here again in the future.
