I can’t say enough good things about the Extra Space Storage on Zebra Place in Staten Island, NY and the manager David. David is an amazing person and always greets us with a friendly hello, is polite and respectful, knowledgeable and helpful beyond words. He has made what could be very stressful in my preparation to move, as easy as possible. While I didn’t deal with Denise directly, she too is very pleasant and quick to help and offer suggestions. Had such a lovely time on a beautiful sunny day unpacking our cross country move. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Although moving is generally terrible, the ease and friendliness we were met with here made it much more pleasant!
