RecommendedFor years I've storage units in quite a few places but never the seamless experience I had at ESS. The instant access without having to navigate pages of rules and paperwork was so satisfying. The unit was immaculate and the facility itself is in a nice part of town. All in all a home run of an experience. Oh and the followup welcoming phone call was so polite and professional.

I was incredibly happy with the personnel lay Extra Space Storage. They were kind, informative, and considerate. I also liked the cleanliness, the security, and ease with the place. I would rent space there again, if ever needed.
