I really appreciate the opportunity to rent a storage unit online in the comfort of my home. I live in an apartment community that only offers rental storage units that start at $50. I awakened last Sunday around midnight and decided to declutter in my home. Good phone CSR. I've not rented a storage unit for over a decade, had no idea what to expect. It's a secure facility with wrought iron fencing, cameras throughout, and a passcode to get in & out. I have a climate controlled unit and there's a passcode to get INTO my building also! It's all very reassuring! My unit was very clean, as in "new" clean, upon entry and the lock & keys were left where promised. All seamless! Each building has a luggage cart to help move your items as well. I’ve been a customer for about 4 months. I’ve only been in 3 times. The only person I’ve ever dealt with is Chris, whom I’ve never met before. All 3 of the times I went in I ended up spending 20 mins talking to him. When you’re standing there talking to the guy you end up feeling like you’ve been friends for 20 years.
