This place is a pretty pricey, but it has been worth it! I stored my stuff here for almost 3 years, and never had a single issue. I was in and out pretty often over the course of that time frame, and never once did I see a single bug or pest. All of my stuff was kept secure, the temp control was incredible, and I felt safe going and out by myself at any time of day/night. I would like to share my experience with this storage facility. I reached out to ask about renting a unit for my parents as they were preparing to move out of state. Although they ultimately chose a unit closer to their new location, I felt compelled to commend the staff here. It was truly refreshing to encounter such exceptional customer service. Josh at the front desk was amazingly helpful. The storage facility is so nice and clean and the large rolling dollies are so helpful. The air conditioning is a great aspect of this location. Takes some strain off of moving on a hot day.
I quickly needed a space to rent in Tulsa, OK. I searched Extra Space because I’ve had great experiences in VA with them. The South Mingo location was perfect for my needs. Rented the climate controlled 10x12 unit and it was perfect. Love the garage door access to the building and the building and property were very secure. They gave me a 10X20 unit without a working light. I went to the office and asked why they didn’t check that before giving me the unit. He told me they should have. Instead of giving me another unit to put my stuff in with a working light he said he would put in a work order to get the light bulb changed and that it wouldn’t be a problem if we filled the unit because they change the light from above.
