This nearly new facility has every modern convenience and security measure. To unload, you can drive into 1 of 4 indoor climate-controlled garages-- no worrying about heat, cold, rain, or snow. Also appreciate the helpful staff who go the extra mile to be helpful and keep the facility in good shape. The location is very convenient on Route 33 West. Very pleasant staff and extremely accommodating. They even worked with my special requests to make this a truly good experience during a difficult period.
Honestly the customer service is beyond exceptional. Dan was truly made us feel valued and ensured our concerns were met. The storage spaces themselves are cleaned beyond measure and so well kept.
It was the easiest process I have ever had when getting a storage unit. The employees are so nice and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
