This is the first time in my 55 years of life that I needed to rent a storage unit. The Store Manager, Shirlene, is the BEST!!! She was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions when looking at the different size units. I have and will continue to recommend Extra Space Storage to my friends and family!!!!!!!

Stopped by to see the space difference between two different sized units. Brad was friendly, welcomed me, helped me decided what size unit would best fit my needs and walked me through the rental process. I really appreciate the time he spent going over the insurance policy, pricing and the contracts with me. So I forgot my keys or lost them either or but regardless Jason helped me out in great time and with an amazing attitude so I’m truly grateful for all his help. Couldn’t ask for a better storage experience
