Met with Sony, the site manager on hand, to discuss the increase in rent on two units. He was professional, friendly and after going over the agreement with upper management, he was able to satisfy me with a quick, reasonable rate so that I did not have to leave to find another competitive situation. Great asset to ExtraSpace storage.
