Joy was extremely helpful! She was very detailed in all the information about the units. I've rented units from other companies over the years, but never have I had someone actually walk me around for a tour of the facility, show me size comparisons and actually show me the unit I was getting before I got it. She went over all the payment options and left no stone unturned. She was also training a new staff member and I know it won't be long and he will be on the same path as her with her leadership!
