The new management, Abby and Andrew have made a remarkable impact in that place. Their communication in person, by phone, and text is mint! The place is constantly sparkling and both Andrew and Abby are constantly working, cleaning, sweeping, wiping down glass doors and windows, while balancing customers. And the best part is that they do it with a smile.

Jules was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Great customer service! She was able to answer all my questions and showed me several units. The facility is meticulously clean and the climatized temperature felt cool and comfortable in August in Texas.

Jules, the office manager, is beyond amazing!!!! She is super helpful, responsive and goes the extra mile. She truly loves what she does and enjoys helping others. It is because of her excellent customer service that we decided to choose Extra Space Storage when we moved.
