RecommendedRented a small storage space in May for my daughter's stuff and removed it all on 8/23 when she returned to college in Providence. She forgot her key, but the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful in getting the storage space opened up and the account closed out.

RecommendedI went into Extra Space Storage to get a unit for my son who is moving to RI in the fall. Abby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made the process for renting the unit seamless. The gentleman who was also there in the office was helpful in getting the lock figured out (sorry I did not catch his name). The facility was clean and seemed to be well secured. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any of your storage needs!
