ZERO STARS. MOM & CHILD- HOMELESS FOR 2 YEARS- RENTED AN EXTRA LARGE DOUBLE UNIT FOR THOSE TWO YEARS- THE BILL DOUBLED TO $400 WITHIN 2 YRS WITH NO NOTICE- EVER! I BEGGED THEM NOT TO KEEP INCREASING IT. WE WOULD LOSE ACCESS TO OUR BELONGINGS IF WE WERE *FIVE DAYS LATE* ON THE MONTHLY BILL- SO WE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO OUR BELONGINGS.
