The staff especially the site manager Jordan was extremely helpful showing me where to drive up, enter code, unload vehicle and get to the actual unit. He also printed out a map so u would remember how to get to the unit.

Prior to move in was charged for a lock when i told them in advance that I did not need one. At the time of move in, there was no lock inside as previously mentioned. I also had to pick up garbage left behind from previous renters
