Excellent and quick response. Mary is great! Very helpful, she did everything she could to help us (truck drivers) made our reservation on the phone so we can secure our unit, very informative and kind.
Chris is amazing! He was so patient and made sure I knew everything that was going on with my storage unit before he let me go. He also followed up with me the very next day to make sure everything was still good. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!
There was some miscommunication moving into the unit on Saturday but by Tuesday it was cleared up and taken care of! Can always respect an establishment that can make it right by their customers! Extremely clean units, I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving my belongings I would recommend!
