I was utilizing the previous company, Life Storage, for my boat. I was literally about to leave because the customer service was horrible (meaning non existent) and the price had increased 3 times in a little less than a year. I decided to stay now that Extra Space Storage took over because their customer service has been outstanding (every phone call I have made a live person has answered, and the store was open every day during business hours with a live person to offer help) including their prices being extremely competit... read more
