Taylor, the store manager, helped me get into my storage unit after i lost my key & couldn't get into it. she even gave me two more locks to replace the other one. she is always there when i need something.

Do Not use this storage space. We had our RV parked here. We have been customers for over 12 years. We said that since our RV was broken into because they did not walk the property line and catch the two huge holes in the fence, we are paying $1500 to have the RV repaired and asked them for one free month while the RV is at the repair shop. They refused. They have no idea what good customer service is. They were rude and ugly. We have no desire to give our money to place that is filled with such nasty people. NEVER USE ... read more
