With staff that lies to the district manager Heather Brown and she doesn't even attempt to validate...I would stay away. The video i watched clearly showed that Heather also lied and she has a problem listening. Customer Service training is need for Heather and the staff. Plenty of other storage facilities , I would never use them!

Heather Brown District manager treats customers poorly, talks over customers instead of listening. Do not seem to treat all customers fairly. The way I feel after viewing a video by What the Hales. These folks do so much good they should not have been treated this way..

Proper customer service reflects the image of the entire company. When District Managers advocate and excuse poor, discriminatory service to paying companies I will refuse to do any business with that company. it is not only my money they will lose but I will also encourage my friends, family and acquaintances to find alternative services. You lose.
