I had an idea of the size unit I might need and the representative show me a couple of units making it easier for me to make a decision. He was polite and explained all of our options. He also did not try to over sell us on the size.

Top notch facility. Have been a long time renter, and the recent change in management has been incredible. The cost of my unit increased dramatically, and I was assisted with downsizing units and transferring with ease. Jim, the new manager, is fantastic! Honestly, he's the reason I didn't move to a different location.
