Mike was wonderful today he helped me with all my concerns and answered all my questions perfectly even though he is not the usual manager here he knew exactly how to help me. Steve is a wonderful manager at this location and he always has a wonderful customer service attitude as well. I feel I can trust Extra Space storage for all my storage needs!
