Ashley went above and beyond to explain what I needed and what was best for my situation. She was very informative and professional. Super friendly, which was much appreciated. I recommend this location for your storage needs. If you want great customer service, ask for Ashley.

RecommendedWhat was supposed to be just a normal day at my unit turn into an enjoyable encounter. I was only going to collect some items from my unit and I happen to see Ashley walking around the storage as normal. We exchange greetings, but then she proceeded to ask me if there was something wrong as I did have a concerned look on my face. RecommendedI moved out of a storage I was at because too many increases. I had Dan as my rep and he was really great. Explained different options to pay and saved a lot of money. This location on sterling pl is very clean. I would highly recommended this location!
