Ashley and Ryan are very nice people. Always greet with a smile and no matter what’s going on for the day, the atmosphere is always positive! Very clean, especially the bathroom.

What was supposed to be just a normal day at my unit turn into an enjoyable encounter. I was only going to collect some items from my unit and I happen to see Ashley walking around the storage as normal. We exchange greetings, but then she proceeded to ask me if there was something wrong as I did have a concerned look on my face. I had recently been going through some personal issues and I’m very grateful that she took the time out of her day to comfort me. I moved out of a storage I was at because too many increases. I had Dan as my rep and he was really great. Explained different options to pay and saved a lot of money. This location on sterling pl is very clean. I would highly recommended this location!
