I have had nothing but pleasant, compassionate service from Extra Space Storage, and not surprisingly, consistent management from at least three iterations of this company’s “changing of the guard” so to speak.(15 + years?…) That is amazing to me, and to be highly commended!! Went in with a lot of questions and not even sure what we needed. The manager helped us decide what was best for us and it was perfect! We had just enough room very clean area and lots of equipment to help with the move.
When I first moved my items into the space, the exit gate was nonexistent so any one could enter the storage building. To their credit, they did remedy this problem soon after I presented this feedback to them. The front gate also had entry issues (I won’t go into details for the safety of folks who have possessions stored). Extra Storage indicated they would take care of that problem, too. Otherwise, the place was clean, had a bathroom (!), and numerous carts for loading and unloading.
So far so good, but it looks like Cindy being in charge makes it a very personable experience. Met a friend who chose to be here as well. Like the ability to downsize once I get organized.
