I had a storage unit at this facility for a year. When I moved my belongings out I discovered my unit had been rat infested. Most of my belongings were covered in rat feces and urine. The facility was also supposed to be climate controlled. Upon entering the building the thermostat read 80 degrees. When I spoke with the management I was told to file a claim with the insurance company. When I contact the insurance company I was pretty much ignored.
